Caravan Hire Terms
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VARY THE FOLLOWING IF CONDITIONS DEMAND
Families — Robin Hood Caravan Park does not cater for any group bookings. Bookings can only be accepted for family units or couples.
Dogs — You may bring your dog (maximum of 2 per unit) for a charge of £3.50 per day/per dog or £20.00 per week/per dog inc V.A.T. except in the Rosedale caravans. It must be ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES ON THE CARAVAN PARK. No more than two dogs per unit. Dogs must not be left unattended in the caravans.
Non-Smoking - From 1st March 2008 all our caravans are non-smoking units.
Deposits — A minimum deposit of £100 per caravan per week or part week is required and reservations are made subject to the caravan being available on receipt of your deposit. There is no refund of deposits made on reservations. Balance to be paid 14 days prior to arrival or cash on the day of arrival.
Payment methods — Payment can be made online when signed in to your user profile. Cheques to be made payable to Robin Hood Caravan Park. Credit/ Debit Cards are accepted with a £2 administration fee.
Check in — Keys are available at Reception from 2pm to 6pm on the day of arrival. Please notify in advance of any arrival after 6pm or a later date. We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if not informed.
Check out — On departure, keys are to be returned to Reception by 10am. The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Accommodation — Strictly limited to the number of beds in each type of unit as advertised in the brochure. The management reserves the right to terminate at any time, without refund of any monies if the accommodation is occupied by more than the persons stated on the booking form.
Equipment — All caravans are fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils and blankets. You are REQUIRED TO BRING sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels and table linen. Showers, WC, Colour TV, fridge and microwave are standard in all models.
Gas & Electric — Both are included in the price.
Car Parking — There is parking for one car at each caravan on a hard standing. Extra cars must be left in the car park NOT ON THE GRASS.
Disclaimer — The management will not accept responsibility for the loss, damage or injury to any person or their property whilst on their premises. The management shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft from or to a vehicle or hire unit.
