General Terms & Conditions

All users of the park must observe these conditions and regulations and any bye-laws applying to the park made by the local authority. Anyone in breach of any conditions may be asked to leave the park.

Telephone Bookings — Must be confirmed and a deposit paid within 10 days. Deposits are not refundable.

Accommodation — Strictly limited to the number of beds in each type of unit as advertised in the brochure. The management reserves the right to terminate at any time, without refund of any monies if the accommodation is occupied by more than the persons stated on the booking form.

Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited within any hiring unit.

Dogs - Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the caravan park and must be exercised in the appropriate area. No more than 2 dogs are allowed in any caravan or tent.

Bicycles and Skateboards — Must be ridden in a responsible manner.

Motorcycles and Scooters — Are not allowed on the park at any time. Petrol or battery engined scooters and quads are not permitted on the park.

Speed Limit — The speed limit of 5 mph must be adhered to at all times. 24hr security is in operation.

Children — Children are the responsibility of their accompanying adult.

Fires & BBQ´s — No fires may be lit under any circumstances other than charcoal barbecues in a fireproof container and not on the ground. Do not place hot ashes into any refuse container.

Refuse — Rubbish Bins are located beside the toilet block and within the tenting areas. No solid or liquid deposit should be thrown or allowed to fall into any ditch or hedge on or adjoining the park

Chemical waste — Chemical waste disposal unit is located adjacent to the toilet block.

Weather — No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

Noise — Any radio, television or other sound producing instrument must be used with due regard to others and not cause a nuisance.
          — Groups of people walking to and from the facilities are requested not to walk around the caravans but keep to the roadways provided and keep noise to a minimum once having entered the holiday home area.

Fireworks/ Firearms — No person shall discharge any firearm or airgun or throw or discharge any stone or missile or release fireworks anywhere on Robin Hood property.

Behaviour — Customers must at all times conduct themselves with due regard to the comfort and convenience of other occupiers of the park and staff. They shall not indulge in indecent or offensive language and conduct. The management reserves the right to terminate at any time, without the refund of any monies if the behaviour of the customer causes a nuisance to any other person/s.

Disclaimer — The management will not accept responsibility for the loss, damage or injury to any person or their property whilst on their premises. The management shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft from or to a vehicle or hire unit.
